Eugeniya is the graduate of the Telfer Executive MBA, University of Ottawa and has completed her undergraduate studies in Management & Marketing at Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, NS.
With over 10 years in the Financial Services Industry, she is a high-performing leader with expertise in optimizing and implementing organizational processes to maximize business results in sales and service operations. As of October, 2018, Eugeniya occupies the role of the Senior Relationship Manager, Real Estate Finance Division at CIBC.
Eﬃcient and highly motivated with working knowledge of the principles and techniques of eﬀective supervision and training and proven ability to work eﬀectively in busy environments with positive results. Eugeniya is a team player with eﬀective interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building productive relationships and building rapport with a diverse set of individuals.
As far as hobbies and recreational activities, she enjoys working out at the gym, visual & performing art, fine wine & dining, outdoors (skiing, golfing, hiking, scuba diving), traveling, and anything else that is offered within and outside her community.

Margaret ShiskoCPI Interiors - Decorating Den Interiors , Interior Design Consultant
Margaret has a Diploma in Interior Decoration from Algonquin College and was the 2015 recipient of the Canadian Decorator's Association (CDECA) Ambassador's Scholarship Award, for her work in support of the industry. She has a Master's Degree in Politics from Waikato University in New Zealand and an Honours Bachelor in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa.
Margaret has returned to Ottawa, and launched a second career, after living and working abroad for over twenty years. The cities she has called home, including Riyadh, Paris, Tehran, Washington, D.C. and Quito, have informed her style and approach to interior decorating. She draws upon these rich cultural influences to create unique spaces for her clients.
She believes that you should live with what you love, honour your personal history, and surround yourself with positive memories and inspiration, whether from a family heirloom, a favourite painting, or an obscure collection which may only have meaning for you. She works closely with her clients to create spaces which are comfortable, functional and aesthetically pleasing, but which also reflect the essence of who they are.

Kimberley is Senior Relationship Manager with CIBC's Commercial Banking team. Native to the National Capital Region, Kimberley enjoys working with and supporting business owners in her community. Kimberley has been an active member of the Women's Business Network since 2015. Prior to her role as Treasurer, Kimberley was Chair of the BYA Nominations Committee for a two-year term.

As a sales professional, Lisa’s focus is on helping organizations make strategic use of data. Previous roles included 11 years as an entrepreneur, owning and operating a wholesale/retail bakery so combined with her extensive experience in B2B sales, Lisa is very familiar with organizational operations large and small.
