As a lifelong fitness enthusiast who has overcome many struggles both personally and professionally, I use those personal experiences along with training and education to support women in their quest to live a healthier life. I take a holistic approach with my clients by teaching them the necessary skills to take control of their health. I incorporate 4 Pillars of Health in my programs. I help guide my Warriors to learn about Nutrition, Fitness, Sleep & Spirituality – and how to incorporate them into your daily life until they become a part of a healthy lifestyle.
What is your favourite part of being a member of the WBN? If you are a newer member, what do you hope to give or receive from your membership in the WBN?
My favourite part of WBN is the incredible women I have met along the way. I consider them all friends, mentors and role models. I am constantly learning and feel supported in my business every step of the way.
What’s the business advice you would give today to your younger self?
Don’t underestimate yourself. You are capable of much more than you think.
